The Toronto Wolfpack Rugby League Football Club is a professional Rugby League team. They are the world’s first transatlantic professional sports team, with home games held at Lamport Stadium (The Den) in Toronto.
In 2019, Shadow Factory, as an Official Digital Media Partner for Toronto Wolfpack RLFC, produced a Facebook AR Filter for the Fan Appreciation Game.
Many Wolfpack fans were wearing wolf ears during home games, so we created the club’s Facebook effect with the same digital prop. I was responsible for the design and development of the effect using 2D and 3D assets.
The purpose of this filter was to engage fans and increase their social media activity by sharing their photos and videos
